The III Conference on Work, Human Resources and Health. Internationalisation: Strategies for People Management are part of an initiative to bring professionals and students closer to the realities of organisations from the point of view of the people who research and work on a daily basis in the convergence of the fields of health, work and organisational psychology, work management and labour relations and human resources.

The cycle of Work, Human Resources and Health Days is an activity jointly organised by the Chair in Work, Human Resources and Health and the Master's Degree in Human Resources, Labour and Organisational Management both from the Miguel Hernández University to reflect on the increasingly important role of the application and fusion of knowledge acquired in the areas of occupational health and management and human resources in organisations, in the permanent search for optimal and productive employee relations and well-being at work.

The second conference will focus on the internationalisation of these aspects. In this case we will have the vision of experts from Latin America and Europe on the tasks and functions of Work Psychology, Organisations and Human Resources in different countries.
