In the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Work and Organisations we work so that students can carry out internships in companies. Every year we have more than a hundred companies that open their departments so that our students can experience first-hand the day-to-day work in this exciting field.
Internships
Description
Practical application in a real context of the contents learnt in the subjects of the master's degree. Work placements in companies whose field of application is human resources or occupational health in organisations, seeking to: deepen the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the professional in Human Resources and Occupational Health; link students with the business reality of the field of application; complement theoretical training with practical experience. These company internships are aimed at acquiring work skills as a technician or manager.
Passing the course involves doing 140 hours of work experience in companies and submitting a work experience report at the end of the course for assessment. In order to assess the student's performance in the External Placement course, the academic tutor and the professional tutor assess the student's performance, based on two criteria: the professional tutor's assessment and the academic tutor's assessment.
