As it is an official university master's degree, access to the Master's degree in Human Resources, Work and Organisations Management (MARHTO) follows the same process as for the other master's degrees. masters of the Miguel Hernández University. To be admitted you must hold an official Spanish university degree or another qualification issued by a higher education institution in the European Union. In the case of education systems outside the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) se debe acreditar un nivel de formación equivalente a los correspondientes títulos universitarios oficiales españoles y que facultan en el país expedidor del título para el acceso a enseñanzas de posgrado. The management of the pre-registration en la UMH es general a todos los másteres. El primer plazo se suele abrir durante el mes de abril, el segundo plazo a partir de julio. La pre-registration is online through the UNIVERSITE platform.
Pueden existir costes adicionales, por tasas y por favor revisad bien la información de la página de Gestión de Estudios. Tanto de acceso a másteres como de matriculación en másteres.
Documentation
La documentación para el Servicio de Gestión de Estudios que se ha de subir en el apartado ?Adjuntar documentación? del formulario de preinscripción es (en formato pdf, esto significa que se pueden añadir 2 o más de los documentos en un mismo pdf si no hay un espacio específico en el formulario de inscripción):
- Copy of DNI, NIE (residents in Spain) or passport (foreigners).
- Degree that gives access to the Master's degree or accreditation of having applied for the degree and paid the issuing fees.
- Official academic certificate including the average mark or SET (Suplemento Europeo al TÃtulo).
- Curriculum vitae. Brief description of experience and training related to the Master's Degree.
- Documentación adicional y situaciones específicas (ir a criterios de admisión).
Students with an entrance qualification from the UMH do not have to present their ID card, academic certificate or degree, as this information is in the possession of the university.
Students who complete their Master's entrance studies in the previous academic year may, in lieu of the degree, submit an application for the Master's degree. declaration to be in a position to complete their studies in the above-mentioned course.
In the case of persons with disabilities, a certificate issued by the assessment unit of the Autonomous Community must be attached.
Ya que MARHTO valora otros factores en el proceso de admisión, es necesario aportar documentación adicional que viene contemplada en el punto siguiente ?criterios de admisión?. La aportación se hará en el apartado ?Adjuntar documentación?. Esta característica es habitual en los másteres con exceso de demanda, se deberán adjuntar los certificados o documentos que acrediten el mérito que se atribuye; de lo contrario, no se tendrá en cuenta dicho mérito para la admisión al máster.
Admission Criteria
For admission to the Master's degree it will also be necessary to provide (in pdf, within the additional documentation during pre-enrolment):
- Expediente Académico del que se valorará tanto el expediente total como las calificaciones en las materias del grado o licenciatura correspondientes a las líneas de trabajo afines al Máster.
- Trabajos y seminarios realizados, relacionados en las líneas de trabajo afines a este Máster.
- Perfil o trayectoria profesional relacionada con las líneas de trabajo en Psicología del trabajo, las organizaciones y recursos humanos.
- Otros criterios: Se tendrán en cuenta ítems como: el conocimiento de lenguas de interés científico, preferentemente del inglés y los conocimientos de estadística (no son condiciones de acceso excluyentes).

Non-Spanish-speaking foreign students must prove that they have a good command of English or Spanish in order to successfully complete the Master's Degree.

Preinscripción
Partial Enrolment
The only justified reasons for requesting partial enrolment are: regulated and accredited work activity, high-level sports practice, special educational needs or family responsibilities. It can be requested in September during the ordinary term or during October during the extraordinary term (check dates in case they change). This process will be carried out by means of an application to the Student Administration Service.
The university limits the number of students who can do partial enrolment.
University Card

Students who already have a place from the previous academic year and who must re-enrol for any reason will enrol in September of the next academic year during the period established by the Study Management Service for second enrolment students.
