I Conference on Work, Human Resources & Health

The 1st Conference on Work, Human Resources and Health. Internationalisation: What we do in Work Psychology, Organisations and Human Resources are part of an initiative to bring professionals and students closer to the realities of organisations from the point of view of the people who research and work on a daily basis in the convergence of the fields of health, work and organisational psychology, work management and labour relations and human resources.

The Work, Human Resources and Health Days have been promoted by the Chair in Labour, Human Resources and Health in collaboration with the Master's Degree in Human Resources, Labour and Organisational Management of the Miguel Hernández University with the aim of reflecting on the increasingly important role of the application and fusion of knowledge acquired in the area of health and in the area of labour and human resources management in companies and organisations.

The 1st conference will focus on a fundamental element of organisations, the prevention of occupational risks. The sessions are divided into 2 blocks. A first theoretical block on technical-legal aspects that may be of interest in the management of a company from the point of view of occupational risk prevention. And a second block in which the professional work of a person who occupies a position related to Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) in the company is explained.

The 1st Conference on Work, Human Resources and Health: The virtual workshops will take place between February and June under the slogan ?Occupational Risk Prevention in company management? this event continues the initiative of the Chair of Work, Organisations and Human Resources to highlight the importance of people and health in the management of work and human resources in organisations in different countries and of the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Work and Organisations in its teaching activities programmed for the practical training of its students.

It is aimed at students and professionals interested in Human Resource Management and Occupational Health in organisations with the objective of helping them to understand the problems they face in the convergence of labour relations and the health and wellbeing of their workers in their organisations.
