Registration for the VI Conference on Work, Human Resources and Health.

The Jornadas de Trabajo, Recursos Humanos y Salud event is a joint initiative between the Chair in Work, Human Resources and Health and the Master's Degree in Human Resources, Labour and Organisational Management of the Miguel Hernández University. Its purpose is to reflect on the growing role of knowledge in the areas of occupational health and management and human resources within organisations, in the constant search to improve labour relations and the well-being of workers through the effective application and combination of this knowledge.

The VI Conference will focus on risk management and emergencies in both university and business environments, highlighting the importance of regulating the resources of in-house and external Prevention Services. Emphasis will be placed on the need for clear regulations for an effective response to risk situations. In addition, the complexity of dealing with emergencies in university environments, the application of psychosociology in the resolution of organisational conflicts, and the services offered by an External Prevention Service will be analysed, taking the case of Valora Prevención as an example. The management of human resources in these services will also be discussed, highlighting the importance of having staff trained in occupational risk prevention. In this case we will have the vision of the Spanish experts: Juan Pérez Crespo, Francisco Hernández Rodríguez and Pascual Martínez Torres.

This event is aimed at both students and professionals interested in Human Resource Management and Occupational Health in organisations. Its purpose is to provide them with an understanding of the issues they face at the intersection of labour relations and the health and well-being of workers in their respective organisations.
