5th Conference on Work, Human Resources and Health

The 5th Conference on Work, Human Resources and Health. Approach practical of occupational risk prevention are part of an initiative to bring professionals and students closer to the realities of occupational risk prevention from the point of view of the people who work in this field on a daily basis, with a special focus on occupational health issues.

The cycle of Work, Human Resources and Health Days is an activity jointly organised by the Chair in Work, Human Resources and Health and the Master's Degree in Human Resources, Labour and Organisational Management both from the Miguel Hernández University to reflect on the increasingly important role of the application and fusion of knowledge acquired in the areas of occupational health and management and human resources in organisations, in the permanent search for optimal and productive labour relations and well-being of workers.

The V conference will focus on occupational risk prevention (ORP) due to the key role that the departments in charge of ORP have in organisations for the management of the safety of workers in organisations. It is important that the organisation defines what it wants to take care of and that occupational risk prevention professionals are continuously trained in this field in order to offer current, real solutions in line with the needs of workers. In this case we will count on the vision of the Spanish experts: Juan Pérez Crespo, Guillermo Parra Galant and José Antonio Baeza Díaz.
