The 4th Conference on Work, Human Resources and Health. Practical aspects of occupational risk prevention in company management are part of an initiative to bring professionals and students closer to the realities of occupational risk prevention from the point of view of the people who work in this field on a daily basis, with a special focus on occupational health issues.
The cycle of Conferences on Work, Human Resources and Health is an activity organised jointly by the Chair of Work, Human Resources and Health and the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Work and Organisations, both from the Miguel Hernández University, with the aim of reflecting on the increasingly important role of the application and fusion of knowledge acquired in the areas of health and management of work and human resources in organisations, in the permanent search for optimal and productive labour relations and well-being of employees.

The 4th conference will focus on occupational risk prevention. Occupational risk management departments are the key point in the management of safety in the company. It is important that the company defines what it wants to take care of and that occupational risk prevention professionals are continuously trained in this field in order to offer current, real solutions in line with the needs of workers. In this case we will count on the vision of Spanish experts.

PROGRAMME REGISTRATION

The IV Conference on Work, Human Resources and Health, of a virtual nature, will be held over 3 days in March and April under the slogan "Practical aspects of occupational risk prevention in company management". In the last editions, the formula that combines theory and practice has been successful, so it will be maintained. This event continues the initiative of the Chair of Work, Organisations and Human Resources to highlight the importance of people and health in the management of work and human resources in organisations and of the Master's Degree in Management of Human Resources, Work and Organisations in its programmed teaching activities on the prevention of occupational hazards.

It is aimed at both students and professionals interested in Human Resource Management and Occupational Health in organisations with the objective of helping them to understand the issues they face in the convergence of labour relations and the health and well-being of their workers in their organisations.
