Interculturality as a mechanism for inclusion in the work environment

Christian Karel Salgado Vargas holds a PhD in Human Development Studies from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEMex) and a double Master's degree in Communication in Government and Institutions from the Mexican Ministry of Public Education and the Ortega y Gasset Institute in Spain. She holds a degree in Communication from the Universidad Madero, Puebla. She has the distinction of candidate level of the National System of Researchers in Mexico, instructor, author of several book chapters and articles in indexed journals, in addition to teaching at undergraduate, master's and doctoral level and vast experience in Internationalisation of Higher Education, as well as being the owner of a registered trademark franchised in the food sector.
