The Digital Era and the role of Human Resources Managers

The Digital Era is profoundly transforming the role of HR managers. Today, their function is no longer limited to administrative management, but is focused on becoming a strategic partner for organisations. In this context, artificial intelligence tools applied to human resources management represent a unique opportunity to optimise processes, improve decision-making and, above all, focus on talent development. This is a highly topical subject of great interest to our students, who are preparing to face the challenges of the future of work.

The session will be held on 21 October from 15:00 to 17:00 in classroom 1.8 of the Altabix building. It will be an ideal opportunity to reflect on how digitalisation and artificial intelligence are redefining the field of Human Resources, and to discuss the skills that professionals in this sector will need to develop in the coming years.
