The Master's Degree in Human Resources, Labour and Organisational Management has been developed in such a way that it can be compatible with the needs of working people. It has on-line courses and face-to-face sessions are concentrated on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

The exams are always in person at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, on the dates established in the calendar. Examination periods are established by the UMH calendar.

Some subjects have a mainly online format through assignments, exercises and readings. Non-face-to-face subjects have audiovisual pills.
Face-to-face teaching is concentrated in Friday afternoon and Saturday morning sessions for the most part.
Most of the attendance is concentrated in the second four-month period.
The subjects have a compulsory on-site examination.
The programme of MARHTO is an official qualification accredited in 2008. The online format defined in the programme is through assignments, exercises and readings. This format gives students greater freedom and independence in their time management.
Only the non-face-to-face subjects have explanatory pills on some points of the subjects.
Regardless of whether they are online or face-to-face, the subjects have deadlines that must be respected.

They specify the value of attendance and the methodologies used.
Attendance is valued by the master's degree. The master's degree has more than 30 lecturers, including professionals and researchers who travel from other provinces and universities every week to teach. One of the most important values of the master's degree is the quality of its teaching staff. The talent and professional trajectory of the teachers who form part of MARHTO make our programme an important master's degree in its field.

There are established periods for the change of enrolment. Please keep an eye on the mails at the beginning of the course. It is not always possible to change subjects.
After this period by registering in the section on general instance to CEGECA with the reasons for the change, by law there must be a reason of force majeure. Once the change has been received, it must be authorised by the master's degree management. It is recommended to notify the master's degree management before starting this process.
The price of the master's degree (link updated for the academic year 2025/2026) responds to the public prices established by the regional government, the Generalitat Valenciana. The Miguel Hernández University of Elche accepts payment in instalments.

It is recommended that you read the enrolment fees website carefully as there is a variation in prices depending on the characteristics of the student body.
Internships can be done in Spanish companies (in Spain or abroad). Under normal conditions, all master's degree students can apply for interviews for the positions we offer in different companies in each academic year.
Validations require at least 5 years of properly documented professional experience in the field of Human Resources.

Students are advised to consult with the Master's secretary's office before starting the procedure.
This is managed by our colleagues in the Studies Management Service. If you are going to apply for partial enrolment, you must bear in mind that it is restricted to a percentage of the total number of students who enrol, that it has certain requirements that must be fulfilled and that you must expressly request it and justify the reasons for it.
